Frankie Valentine was given a DQ victory over Jake Slater after Doug Somers interfered;
Doc Heyward & Billy Knight defeated Radical & Kody Jack;
After the match Brad Lynch distracted Billy Knight and Doc Heyward joined Lynch in beating down Knight until Eddie Norris made the save;
Cru Jones and UIW's "Captain America" defeated UIW Heavyweight Champion Bull Buchanan and UIW Commissioner Mark Grason when Grason interfered allowing Jones to pin Buchanan;
Grason ran out of the building, leaving Cru Jones as Champion and UIW Commissioner.
