Attendance was in the mid 80’s at the start of the show. This event is extended to 3 hours to cover 3 television tapings.

Officer Chris Jacobs defeated Tommy Daniels via pinfall

Referee: Dustin Robinson

Jacobs comes out to a big pop. The two shake hands to start the match, but get some boring chants from a few members of the crowd early on after a lock-up goes into the turnbuckle and ending with a clean break. The crowd gets back into the match soon after as the slams and submissions make their way into the mix. As things start to die down in the crowd, Daniels beckons the crowd to make some more noise. Jacobs picks up the win with a knee to the face of Daniels. The crowd had a short pop when Jacobs won, but just didn’t seem too interested in the match itself.

“The One and Only” J-Rod & Frankie Valentine defeated “The Real Deal” Jake Slater & “WildChild” Joey Kidman via pinfall

Referee: Stan Robinson

The match starts with conflicting “Wild Child” and “Frankie” chants. The crowd is much more vocal in this match, having 4 competitiors who are good with getting reactions, whether good or bad. Frankie and Kidman start off at a frantic pace leading to J-Rod and Valentine holding an early advantage. After taking a bit of a beating, Slater comes back and he and Kidman show some impressive double-team work on Valentine. Charlie Cash quietly comes out to the ring with the Judge and seemingly scouts Kidman and Slater as they gain control of the match. Kidman and Slater seem to get more aggressive from this point on, completely dominating and isolating Valentine from his partner with J-Rod looking on anxiously. J-Rod hot tags in and starts clearing house, and Cash and Judge promptly head back up the ramp from this point. Slater and Kidman come back and Frankie enters the fray illegally to even the odds. Some impressive teamwork from Valentine and J-Rod lead to Kidman finding himself alone in the ring taking a knee from both men with J-Rod picking up the pin.

AJ Steele defeated Leon McMichaels via pinfall

Referee: Dustin Robinson

AJ comes out demanding Murder One, but Leon is who he gets. The crowd expects a squash match, and from the start that’s what seems to happen. It doesn’t take long before AJ plants him and picks up the pin.

defeated Tyrone Ice via pinfall

Another opponent comes out to take on AJ, but doesn’t get any better treatment from the furious AJ Steele as he gets destroyed on the outside of the ring. Ice tries to fight back but AJ dusts off the blows like nothing before planting him and picking up another victory. AJ then says he’ll go drag Murder out to the ring if he’s not going to answer the challenge.

Sal Rinauro comes out to commentary.

NWA RPW Television Title Match

Drew Adler (C) defeated “Adorable” Anthony Andrews (w/ “Marvelous” Michael Stevens) via pinfall

Referee: Stan Robinson

Adler gets a huge pop coming into his first title defense. The match starts off with some good chaining, leading to an advantage on Adler’s part. When Adler tries to chase Andrews with a suicide flip to the outside, Marv and Andrews both avoid being hit and Adler finds himself on the defensive. After repeated kickouts from Adler, Andrews gets frustrated. Adler starts fighting back and makes a series of pin attempts of his own every chance he got. After avoiding a top rope dive from Adler, Andrews seems to be in the clear, but Adler pushes him into Marv then rolls him up for the win. Marv comes in after the match and the two attack Adler. Sal comes off commentary for the save but is laid out with a jar shot from Andrews. J-Rod and Valentine come out to finally end the chaos.

KC McKnight defeated “Untouchable” Jeremy Vain (w/ Manager Charlie Cash) via pinfall

Referee: Dustin Robinson

“You Tapped Out” chants erupt from the crowd at the site of Vain. McKnight offers a handshake at the start of the match, but Vain refuses. KC shows some serious power when a shoulder tackle throws Vain off his feet, with Vain looking astonished. KC plays well to the crowd for his RPW debut. Vain gets in KC’s face telling him that he’s “the man around here” and pushes him, only to find himself back on the mat. Whenever Vain manages to get ahead in the match, we start seeing some of that aggression that’s been becoming common for him, but KC makes it very difficult for Vain to hold any extended advantage. KC picks up the win with a double-underhook suplex pin. This was a very impressive match and debut. Vain and Cash decided to argue with referee Dustin Robinson over the decision, but he told them it was indeed a 3 count and Cash and Vain get shouted out of the ring by a “1-2-3” chant from the crowd.

Sal Rinauro joins Bill Behrens again on commentary.

“The One and Only” J-Rod & Frankie Valentine defeated BFF (“Marvelous” Michael Stevens & “Adorable” Anthony Andrews) via pinfall

Referee: Stan Robinson

Valentine and Andrews start the match. J-Rod spends the his time on the apron making jokes about the orientation of BFF, but early on makes things tough on Frankie by trying to come in the ring to stop BFF from cheating and promptly being stopped by the ref. J-Rod and Valentine answer with some shenanigans of their own, getting the fans involved by having an octopus stretch from Valentine holding onto J-Rod for leverage, with J-Rod outside of the ring holding onto the front row fans. The referee couldn’t seem to hold a straight face after seeing what happened. With the ref’s back turned, Marv throws some powder into Frankie’s eyes to gain the advantage, with the ref somehow not questioning the reason there’s powder in the ring. Frankie takes punishment from BFF for a while, not being able to see which corner he’s going to so he can tag out. Having seen enough, J-Rod rushes into the ring to attack Marv to give Valentine a chance, but the ref cuts him off quickly and BFF goes back to controlling the match. Valentine finally makes it to his own corner and J-Rod hot tags in, with him fighting off both members of BFF. Frankie gets a powerade bottle and washes his eyes out with it (yes powerade, not water). From here J-Rod and Valentine go to work on BFF, but eventually BFF takes control. Valentine lands a falling knee facebuster on Andrews and J-Rod wraps it up with the superman knee. Valentine picks up the pin, though J-Rod was the legal man.

NWA RPW Television Title Match

Drew Adler (C) vs “The Human Hand-Grenade” Dany Only via pinfall

Referee: Dustin Robinson

Only gets in a few good shots on Adler, but finds himself hiding in the ropes when Adler goes to retaliate. The crowd is fairly quiet through this match, likely from being winded down from the last match or from the crowd not being too familiar with Only, who never wrestled as a single’s competitor in Rampage and hasn’t been seen for a long while. Charlie Cash comes out with Judge when Only starts taking advantage, making this his second appearance of the night in a match he’s not involved with. It’s interesting to note that both matches thus far featured competitors who featured former Cash Vault members (the earlier one being Jake Slater and this one Dany Only). The crowd starts getting excited when Adler finally starts regaining the advantage, with constant pin attempts being made. Adler gets the win after landing the wind-up slam.

6-Man Tag Match with Rampage Rules

Jacob Ashworth & Anthony Henry & The Ninja defeated Jimmy Rave Approved(“Do or Die” Chip Day & Corey Hollis & Mike Posey) via pinfall

Referee: Stan Robinson

The match starts with a frantic pace with Posey and Henry going at each other. Posey gets an early “You Tapped Out” chant then tags Hollis in. Approved still doesn’t seem to be on the same page, with Posey and Day criticizing Hollis on his attire and ringwork. Hollis tags Chip Day in, who doesn’t fair well with Ashworth and rolls out to have Posey take his place. Hollis shows no concern for Chip or Mike from the apron. Posey and Day seem to be working on the same page with a common irritation for Hollis. Ashworth comes in and all 3 Approved members tried to ambush him. After gaining the advantage, Hollis gets into an argument with Hollis and Posey, leading to Ashworth driving them out of the ring leaving just Hollis. After everyone goes to the outside, Ninja slides in and plays possum. The 3 Approved members decided to move in. Hollis pushes Posey and Day, telling them to get to the top ropes. As they go to the turnbuckles, Ninja rolls Hollis up for the win. After the match, Ninja unmasks and ends up being Jimmy Rave, who just looks at the trio in anger then leaves. The 3 argue ultimately leading to Hollis walking off.

NWA RPW Tag Team Title Match

The Washington Bullets (Jon Williams & Trey Williams) defeated Cash Vault(Rob Adonis & “Hit For Hire” Bobby Moore)(w/ Manager Charlie Cash)(C) via Disqualification (Cash Vault Retains)

Referee: Dustin Robinson

Bullets come out to a huge ovation from the crowd, with Vault coming out to “Barney” chants. Bobby treis to get an early cheap shot but Bullets drop him fast, but Adonis comes in to clothesline both and Moore gets up to work on an early advantage. Trey and Moore start the match off officially, with Bullets holding an early advantage with some very impressive teamwork on isolating Bobby Moore away from the Cash Vault’s corner. Cash Vault takes over with Adonis making his way into the ring, and they spend their time keeping Jon away from his corner while using some behind-the-ref tactics. After delivering a kick to Moore, Jon makes his way to the corner. Moore gets the attention of the ref and manages to hold it until after a tag is made by Bullets, then promptly complains that Trey is entering “illegally”. The ref, not seeing the tag, forces Jon back into the ring and Trey finds himself back in the corner as Cash Vault continues to wear down an exhausted Jon. Trey hot tags in, and both members of Cash Vault come at him with Moore being legal. Jon and Adonis fight on the outside for a bit with Trey and Moore having a fast-paced match in the ring. Everyone gets into the ring and it takes both the Bullets to get Adonis back out. Just when they seem to have the match in the bag with the wheelburrow/boot combo, Adonis pulls Moore out of the ring to prevent the pinfall. Cash Vault’s German Suplex/big boot combo comes in and as they go to pin Trey, Jon comes in for the save. After this, Cash Vault has exhausted all of their resources and decided to DQ themselves by attacking the Bullets with the Tag Team belts.

NWA Rampage Pro Wrestling returns this Sunday, 03/25/12, in Warner Robins, GA

NWA Rampage Pro Wrestling returns this Sunday, 03/25/12, in Warner Robins, GA

- from NWA Rampage Pro Wrestling

NWA Rampage Professional Wrestling returns to Johnny G's in Warner Robins, GA on Sunday 3-25-12 with a start time of 3PM for another action filled television taping. Upcoming RPW shows will on be on April 15 & April 29 then May 13 & 27. The April dates were recently changed to avoid having a show on Easter Sunday.

The March 11 TV taping saw two NWA RPW TV Champions crowned in one night as 1st Chip Day defeated Frankie Valentine, and then after bragging to Dr. Johnny Gayton that he'd face "anybody, anytime, any place" was put into a match with Drew Adler who pinned Day almost immediately to become the current NWA RPW TV Champion. He faces the challenge of BFF team member, Anthony Andrews on Sunday, March 25 in his 1st title defense.

Chip Day was not the only Jimmy Rave Approved team member to have a frustrating day as Mike Posey tapped out to Anthony Henry's sharpshooter in a 6 man tag when his partners Corey Hollis and Patrick Bentley walk away from his effort to tag out, and then to add insult to injury Posey lost again to Henry in a singles match when this time Hollis & Bentley refused to get involved in the match. It is speculated that Jimmy Rave who has been suspended from RPW may be starting to take notice of the turmoil in his team as he was seen by some fans in the crowd watching during the Day vs Valentine TV Title match. On Sunday, March 25 the entire Jimmy Rave Approved team is together again to face the challenge of Anthony Henry, Jacob Ashworth, Tommy Daniels & The Ninja.

The undefeated Washington Bullets (Jon & Trey Williams) get their 1st opportunity to challenge for the NWA RPW Tag Team Titles on March 25 when they face the current champions, The Cash Vault (Bobby Moore & Rob Adonis with Charlie Cash). Kyle Matthews just won the RPW Heavyweight title. Drew Adler is the new RPW TV Champion. Will the Bullets make history on March 25 by remaining undefeated and becoming NWA RPW Tag Team Champions.

J Rod & Frankie Valentine teamed successfully recently against Mike Posey & Corey Hollis. Both former champions team up again on March 25 when they face the challenge of Joey Kidman & Jake Slater.

K C McKnight out of North Carolina debuts in a tough 1st match on Sunday, March 25 when he faces the former RPW TV & Heavyweight Champion Jeremy Vain.

Also in action on March 25 will be the BFFs, "Marvelous" Michael Stevens & Adrian Hawkins, Hot Like Lava (Cru Jones & Shawn Banks), Charlie Cash's Judge, "Officer" Chris Jacobs and the returning Dany Only who was last seen as one half of the Hate Junkies alligned with Charlie Cash. Plus AJ Steele is scheduled to compete but there has been no word on the status of Murder One since their loss to the Cash Vault on March 11.

Remember, that if a loyal, regularly attending fan brings a new fan to a RPW TV Taping at Johnny Gs, that fan gets in for half price, and if that fan brings two new fans, then his admission is free. Also fans who attend the TV Tapings can purchase a special RPW Doctoberfest DVD that features four matches including the War Games Main Event and the Jimmy Rave vs Kyle Matthews match from the Macon, GA TV Taping for a special low price of only $6. “The Real Deal” Jake Slater & “WildChild” Joey Kidman defeated Officer Chris Jacobs & Jacob Ashworth via pinfall

Referee: Stan Robinson

Match starts with Kidman and Jacobs chaining leading to an early advantage for Jacobs and Ashworth. After taking a beating for a bit, Kidman tags Slater in, who initially doesn’t get much better treatment, but catching Jacobs with a neckbreaker from the turnbuckle turns the tide of the match. Slater and Kidman lay the heat on Jacobs, with Ashworth suck in the corner looking on. Kidman amusingly throws a fit after Jacobs continues to kick out of his pin attempts. After fighting back, Jacobs rolls passed Kidman to make a hot tag to Ashworth, who goes to town on Slater and the WildChild. Kidman and Jacobs end up fighting on the outside, with Kidman overcoming Jacobs just in time to help Slater secure a dirty pin using the ropes. Looks like Slater and Kidman’s rough start isn’t going to slow them down in RPW.

AJ Steele defeated The Ninja via pinfall

Referee: Danny Star

This match looks to be a squash from the get go. After Ninja delivers some kicks which didn’t seem to phase AJ, it all seems to go downhill for him. The referee seems to have a lot of trouble controlling the match as AJ continues to ignore him. As AJ seems to be ready to shoot Ninja off the corner, a “Chops” chant from the crowd comes up and AJ delivers. AJ plants Ninja with a standing black hole slam for the finish.

J-Rod defeated “Untouchable” Jeremy Vain (w/ Manager Charlie Cash) via pinfall

Referee: Dustin Robinson

J-Rod mimics Vain’s entrance and mocks Vain’s lack of a Heavyweight Title before the match. With a quick distraction by Cash, Vain takes control early on with a very aggressive offense. J-Rod wastes no time to show some aggression on his end and quickly takes back control, adding a little humor resembling Colt Cabana. Vain regains control and lays some heat on J-Rod, with Cash getting a cheap shot in. This “new and improved” Jeremy Vain, as Cash refers to him, is a very nice contrast to the cowardly champion we’ve seen at Rampage for the past year (taking into account that he held the TV title for almost a year and almost immediately won the Heavyweight Title after). After some huge fist exchanges, J-Rod takes over the match and lands the Superman Knee for the win. After the match, Judge comes out and lays the claw on J-Rod much to Cash’s approval. Valentine rushes to the ring with a chair in hand to ward off Judge and save J-Rod.

Sal Rinauro makes his way to commentary, meaning a high potential for a Jimmy Rave Approved match is about to come up.

Officer Chris Jacobs & Anthony Henry & Tommy Daniels defeated Jimmy Rave Approved (Mike Posey & Corey Hollis & Patrick Bentley) via pinfall

Referee: Stan Robinson

Hollis is back from his very short-lived suspension, and starts the match off with Henry with some impressive technical wrestling. Hollis shows some tension with the Approved members throughout the match, obviously not on the same page since his suspension at the hands of Chip Day. Posey is tagged in unwillingly and takes some punishment from Jacobs and Daniels, before tagging Hollis back in the same way. Hollis tags Posey back in and decides not to do some of their usual double-teaming shenanigans, and Posey eventually just tags Bentley into the match. Approved shows a bit of unison when Hollis capitalizes on a distraction by Posey to keep the advantage. The crowd gets behind Daniels in hopes for him to make a tag, but are shut down when Hollis plants Daniels and makes another chest-slapping tag to Posey. Daniels takes down Posey and gets a huge pop from the crowd to tag Henry in. Posey goes to make a tag just to see his fellow Approved members leave the corner. Henry forces Posey to submit with his partners standing right next to him watching.

Posey goes to say that he wants Anthony Henry in a 1 on 1 match and says that it would not only be Jimmy Rave Approved, but Mike Posey Preferred. Doc Gayton comes out to say that Posey will have what he asked for at the next show. Bentley and Hollis look on unimpressed at the gesture. Posey leaves alone while Bentley and Hollis leave in unison.

NWA Rampage Pro Wrestling Television Title Match

“Do Or Die” Chip Day defeated Frankie Valentine(C) via pinfall to become the new NWA RPW TV Champion

Referee: Dustin Robinson

A lot of tension fills the ring with Valentine and Day pushing each other before the belt is even raised and the match finally starts. The match itself starts at a fast pace with neither man holding a clear advantage. Valentine manages to come out with the advantage by constantly slowing Chip down with submissions. When the action goes to the outside, a missed vaulting crossbody puts Valentine at Chip’s mercy. A lot of chops, fists, elbows, and kicks are exchanged. After using the ropes to save him from a falling knee facebuster, Chip delivers a nasty kick to the face of Valentine to secure the win.

Approved comes out to help Chip Day celebrate. Doc Gayton comes out to congratulate Chip Day. Chip Day goes on to say he’ll be the “fightingest champion” and that he’ll take on anybody. Doc Gayton goes on to bring out Drew Adler and tells Chip that he’s gotta defend the title immediately.

NWA Rampage Pro Wrestling Television Title Match

Drew Adler defeated “Do or Die” Chip Day(C) via pinfall to become the new NWA RPW TV Champion

Referee: Dustin Robinson

Adler comes out and this squash lasted about a minute, with Adler landing his finisher early on and pinning Day with the Approved members right outside the ring watching. The Washington Bullets, Sal Rinauro, and Anthony Henry came out to celebrate with Drew. This makes Chip Day’s reign with the Television Title the shortest title reign in RPW.

Anthony Henry defeats Mike Posey via pinfall

Referee: Stan Robinson

Posey notably comes out alone. The match starts with some nice chaining until Posey goes to the ropes to get safe. Henry goes to lock in an early clover leaf but Posey quickly gets to the ropes to break it. Henry focuses on Posey’s legs and holds the advantage until a missed shoulder tackle sends him into the corner post. Posey then targets the shoulder of Henry with illegal rope ropes and submissions. Henry starts fighting back and gains advantage over Posey briefly before some back and forth. Posey sends Henry to the outside then calls for Approved to come out via hand gestures and then goes to distract the referee. Hollis and Bentley come out but do nothing to Henry. When Posey goes to ask why they’re not helping, Henry comes in behind him and rolls him up for the victory. Posey gets mad and pitches a fit in the ring while Bentley and Hollis leave. Sal Rinauro laughs with the crowd after leaving commentary and heads to the back.

Washington Bullets (Jon & Trey Williams) defeated “Marvelous” Michael Stevens & Adrian Hawkins (w/ Anthony Andrews) via pinfall

Referee: Dustin Robinson

Jon and Adrian start the match off, and Hawkins quickly tries to use some dirty tactics to come out on top. When Andrews grabs Jon’s foot when he’s going off the ropes, the referee catches him and sends him to the back. Hawkins slaps Marv in the face before the Bullets both take suicide dives to the outside to take them down. Hawkins quickly regains control with some help from Marv, and they start to lay in some heat on Trey. Trey attempts to fight back but is cut off by a knee followed by a neckbreaker from Hawkins. Jon hot tags in and goes to town on Hawkins and Marv. Everyone ends up in the ring together, with some impressive double team work by Bullets, landing a high leg lariat on Hawkins and a wheelbarrow + boot combo to take down Marv to pick up the win.

NWA Rampage Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Title Match

Kyle Matthews (C) defeated “Adorable” Anthony Andrews (w/ Michael Stevens) via pinfall

Referee: Stan Robinson

Andrews quickly finds himself using the ropes to get free of holds that Matthews goes to lock in. Doc Gayton comes out during the match to hand Marv a Verve energy drink, in which he immediately goes to drinking. Matthews shows a little bit of a comedic side during the match, taking Andrews’ headband and wearing it while holding him by his arms and legs and swinging his head into the bottom turnbuckle. Marv gets involved by pulling Matthews out of the ring to a loud thud while the referee was distracted by Andrews, and makes it a point to secure Anthony’s “Adorable” headband. From here, Andrews lays some heat on Matthews. The crowd gets behind Kyle Matthews, and he makes a comeback leading into a slurpy kick that sends Andrews to the outside. Matthews then chases with a suicide dive taking both Andrews and Marv down and even makes it a point to take back the “Adorable” headband and put it back on. When Andrews gets the jar that BFF has taken many competitors out with in the past, Matthews makes it a point to deliver a hard kick to it and send it back to Andrews, securing the win to retain the title.

NWA Rampage Pro Wrestling Tag Team Title Match

Cash Vault (“Hit for Hire” Bobby Moore & Rob Adonis)(w/ Manager Charlie Cash)(C) defeated Usual Suspects (AJ Steele & Murder One) via pinfall to retain the NWA RPW Tag Team Titles

Referee: Dustin Robinson

Murder One goes to town on Moore early on, obviously not tardy to this match. Moore takes a lot of punishment from the Suspects early on, with Adonis and Cash looking on. Adonis tries to come in after taking a hit from Murder One and the referee stops him, with Moore getting choked on the ropes and no 5-count to save him. Suspects definitely seem to be on the same page in this match. A poke to the eyes by Moore give Cash Vault an advantage, who then work on isolating AJ Steele from his corner. When Murder tries to run in and help AJ, the ref stops him and both members of Cash Vault and even Cash himself play their own hand in trying to keep AJ subdued. AJ comes back tags Murder One in, who takes on both members of Cash Vault for a bit before Steele comes back in and all hell breaks loose. With the ref trying to get AJ out of the ring and Murder distracted, Moore comes in from behind and rolls him up for the win.

Doc Gayton comes out to the ring for some damage control, with Murder blaming AJ steele for the loss. Murder gives AJ a few good fists before running off and it taking the Bullets, Adler, Jacobs, Sal, Henry, and referees Stan Robinson and Dustin Robinson to hold back AJ. The chaos spills backstage for the ending of the show.

- from NWA RPW

NWA Rampage Professional Wrestling returns to Johnny G's in Warner Robins, GA on Sunday 3-11-12 with a start time of 3PM for another action filled television taping. Upcoming RPW shows will on be on March 25, April 15 & April 29. The April dates were recently changed to avoid having a show on Easter Sunday.

Kyle Matthews became the new NWA RPW Heavyweight Champion on 2-26 defeating Jeremy Vain. Jeremy Vain faces RPW's only triple crown champion, J Rod in a rematch of former champions. The last time Vain was victorious over J Rod. This match will be important to both me as each hopes to get a match soon with the new champion, Kyle Matthews.

The Usual Suspects (Murder 1 & AJ Steele) finally get a title match against the current RPW Tag Team Champions, The Cash Vault (Rob Adonis & Bobby Moore) with manager Charlie Cash. There seems to be some desertion brewing between AJ Steele & Murder 1 and Dr. Gayton, who has long been an ally of the Suspects, intervened in an effort to keep the popular team on the same page. We will see Sunday
whether the Usual Suspects can win the RPW Tag Titles for a record fifth time.

Frankie Valentine defends the NWA RPW TV Title against Jimmy Rave Approved, Chip Day. Valentine pinned Day in a tag team match on 2-26 and in earlier matches. Day earned this match by pinning Corey Hollis in a 4 way match between all 4 Jimmy Rave Approved team members. This may be Day's last chance to win the RPW TV title.

Day's Jimmy Rave Approved teammates, Corey Hollis, Patrick Bentley & Mike Posey face Anthony Henry, "Officer" Chris Jacobs, & Tommy Daniels in a 6 man tag team match, normally an Approved speciality, but not all is good with the group. Corey Hollis returns frustrated after missing a show due to suspension, and Patrick Bentley claimed an hip injury from the 4 way match's "dance contest", which some are seeing as a sign of support for Hollis, as he missed the 2-26 show too.

The undefeated Washington Bullets (Jon & Trey Williams) take on the BFF team of Adrian Hawkins & "Marvelous" Michael Stevens. The last two Bullet wins were against the team of Hot Like Lava (Cru Jones & Shawn Banks) who have made it clear to Dr. Gayton & RPW that they are not finished with the popular Williams brothers, and plan to maker their time in RPW as unpleasant as possible.

Also in action will the Charlie Cash's masker Judge, the team of Jake Slater & Joey Kidman and the popular Drew Adler, plus Sal Rinauro. With town title matches and the rest of what is planned it looks like the 3-11 TV Taping will continue NWA RPW's streak of great shows in 2012.
