Ronnie who used to be very athletic in his earlier years and had won championships, was having trouble just walking! The ex football star was voted most most popular in school and dated only cheerleaders and other girls who were just as popular as he was, became the guy most likely to be picked on and laughed at because of his weight!
At his his first weigh in, Ronnie weighed in at 437 lbs! There is no question that at this rate he was at risk for major health complications! When you become this heavy you are at risk of becoming diabetic, having high cholesterol, strokes, and heart attacks. It was very important that he lose weight or he could possibly die!
The training was hard at first but started to get easier as the weeks went on! Ronnie stayed focused and gave his all the entire time during his stay. After 6 months was up and it was time for him to head back home to his family and friends, Ronnie wasready for everyone to see how their hard work and effort has paid off!
When Ronnie returned home he was 180lbs lighter and looked absolutly amazing! His wife Cara said that he had never been that thin in his entire life and he looked like a whole new man! She couldn’t have been more happier for him and it showed!
